Last week was a short one, with Thanksgiving, but we began our first Book Clubs of the year, and had our first couple focused lessons on Waste In Our World.
Some notes on our Learning this coming week:
Writing
Continue Brainstorming, journaling, and working on writing stamina (for time and for volume)
Reading
Reading Clubs - focus on summarizing, generating good discussion questions, and having good discussions
Math
Finishing up Number Sense, Level 1 - Representing and Describing Whole Numbers Mini-Boss Battle
Begin Number Groups, Level 1 - Multiplication and Division Foundations
Science/Social
Dive deep on Types of Waste, and Methods of Waste Disposal
