For the week of Dec 12-16
Hello!
First of all, thanks so much for your support with the Winter Wonderland this past week. I was not able to attend because of illness in my family, but I'm told that it was incredible, and we had more treats than we knew what to do with! Over the last couple weeks, the students have continued to work on writing Realistic Fiction stories, and we've been hard at work in our collaborative literacy groups. In math, we've finished up patterns and tackled Date and Time. We also wrapped up our Waste Report science projects (though some students are still tying up the loose ends on this). In the meantime, the class has been researching the Geographical Regions of Alberta, following a really cool VR introduction put together by Mr. McCallum.
